The aim of social media is to allow your audience to like you, know you, trust you.

Like because you’ll entertain them with a short story that will not be what they expect, they’ll like that.

Know because the posts will be about some aspect of your business, interesting titbits, not boasts.

Trust because you’ll reveal something about yourself, and that makes you trustworthy, human, appealing.
